- Eligibility: The referral code offer is available to both new residents (referred participant) and existing residents or affiliates (referrer). Referrals must be made before the referred participant signs a lease agreement. The referral must be successfully registered via the designated referral system at the time of booking.
- Discount: A 10% discount will be applied to the first month’s rent for both the referrer and the referred participant. The discount applies only to the rent and excludes any security deposits, service fees, or other add-ons. The 10% discount applies only to the first month of the lease agreement and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- Non-Combining Discounts: Discounts from the referral program cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts.
- Validity: The referred participant must sign a lease agreement for a minimum of 3 months to qualify for the discount. If the referred participant cancels or does not complete the booking process, the referrer will not be eligible for the referral discount.
- Limitations: A referrer can refer a maximum of 5 participants under the referral program. Referrals between existing residents of the same household or family members are not eligible for the discount.
- Misuse: In cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or non-compliance with the referral program rules, the management reserves the right to void any referral discounts and take appropriate action, including terminating participation in the program.
- Changes to the Program: The management reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time without prior notice. However, all referrals made prior to changes will be honored as per the terms at the time of referral.
